Fifty-seven customers in Richmond Beach are without power for the second time in as many days. City Light crews have been dispatched to the site. Power was restored in Richmond Beach today at 6:26 a.m. Crews repaired cable in an underground vault after having replaced cable in the neighboring vault yesterday.
