Power outage in Ballard/Fremont is 70% restored. Seattle City Light crews have restored power to approximately 70% of the customers when an electrical fault caused an outage in a portion of the Ballard/Fremont area this morning. The outage was first reported at 7:55 this morning, originally affecting 3,289 homes and businesses. The estimated time of restoration for the remaining customers is approximately 5 p.m.
The original boundaries were on the north; North 48th St., on the south, North 34th St., on the east, Stone Way North and on the west, 11th Avenue NW.
