Power Outage Affects 3,900 Rainier Valley Homes, Businesses

Seattle City Light repair crews responded to an outage in the Rainier Valley that affected nearly 3,900 homes and businesses Saturday morning.

Seattle City Light repair crews responded to an outage in the Rainier Valley that affected nearly 3,900 homes and businesses Saturday morning.

The outage started about 10:40 a.m. The cause was not immediately known. An estimate for restoration was pending.

The general boundaries of the outage were Rainier Avenue S on the north, Renton Avenue S on the south, 55th Avenue S on the west and Lake Washington on the east.
