Crews must work in the middle of the street to do trenching across Yesler Way. Traffic will be restricted to one lane so the backhoe can be placed in the other traffic lane. Uniformed police officers will be on hand to direct traffic. City Light’s permit is from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, June 9 and 10.
