Nearly 15,000 Without Power in University District and Capitol Hill

Seattle City Light Crews are working diligently to restore power to about 10,000 customers affected by an outage in the University District, Capitol Hill neighborhoods. The outage was caused by an equipment failure at the University substation. Estimated time of restoration is 1:00 am.
