Mother Nature Knocks Out Power to More than 28,000 Customers

 
SEATTLE — City Light crews are working to restore power to various neighborhoods in the Seattle and its service territory. The outages are all weather-related. Below are some of the major outages in the area:

  • North Substation
    -Serving Ravenna, Wedgwood, Bryant, View Ridge, Roosevelt, Hawthorne Hills
    -10,000+ customers without power
    -Estimated time of restoration is TBD
    -Cause is weather related
  • Broad St. Substation
    -Serving Lake Union, Magnolia, Queen Anne
    -6,000+ customers without power
    -Estimated time of restoration is TBD
    -Cause is weather related
  • Shoreline Substation
    -Serving Shoreline
    -3,000 customers without power
    -Estimated time of restoration is TBD
    -Cause is weather related
  • Delridge Substation
    -Serving High Point, Admiral, Delridge, Genesee
    -4,000 customers without power
    -Estimated time of restoration is TBD
    -Cause is weather related
  • Duwamish Substation
    -Serving Burien, Highland Park, Rox Hill, Unincorporated King County
    -4,750 customers without power
    -Estimated time of restoration is TBD
    -Cause is weather related
