Seattle City Light crews restored power by 4:50 p.m. to most customers affected by a fallen tree and wires down near Martin Luther King Way S. and S. 68th Avenue Twenty customers are still without power. The estimated time of restoration for all customers is 11:30 p.m. tonight.
