Several customers have contacted Seattle City Light with questions about phone calls in which they were asked about contact information, including email addresses.
City Light is reaching out to some of its customers to confirm contact information that we have on file. This phone work is being done for the utility by a company called Opinionology, a division of Utah-based SSI.
In addition to confirming the contact information we have on file, we are asking customers three questions about how they prefer to be contacted by the utility.
We will not ask you for credit card information, or any payments of any kind.
