Seattle City Light is continually working to improve the services we offer to our customers.
Last year, we rolled out mobile website that is optimized for use on any smart phone. You can check it out at http://m.seattle.gov/light . We also created an app for the Android Marketplace to launch the mobile site, which allows you to check the status of a power outage, get energy saving tips, report a problem with a streetlight, read this blog, get contact information or even pay your bill.
Now, we’ve added our Facebook connection to the mobile site, so it’s easier than ever to connect with us in social media. More enhancements are in the works. If you like the functionality we’re adding, “Like” us on Facebook too.
