A power outage has occurred affecting approximately 4,813 customers on Capitol Hill and First Hill. Crews are enroute to determine the cause and begin repairs. The rough boundaries of the outage are; on the north, E. Denny Way; on the south, E. Columbia St.; on the east, 21st Ave and on the west, I-5. Not all customers in this area are affected. There is no estimate on time of repair.
