Seattle City Light is launching a survey for residential customers to understand awareness of transportation electrification, access to electrified transportation, and trust in City Light. The survey is open from August 14-September 11, 2026.
This is the first time City Light is fielding this survey. We plan to field the survey every year and look forward to understanding the changes in customer perceptions.
The survey is available in multiple languages. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Upon completion, participants will be able to enter to win one of eight $100 gift cards.
The survey is designed to gather a baseline for community feedback regarding awareness, beliefs, and sentiments around transportation electrification. This feedback will inform future transportation electrification investments and strategies.
