Service Restored To All But 320 Customers

Service restored to most City Light customers.

City Light crews have worked throughout the day and night to restore service to customers who lost power due to the high winds that hit the region today.

Crews are continuing to work on restoring service to 320 customers in Lake Forest Park. The general boundaries are NE 200 ST on the north, NE 184TH PL on the south, 57TH AVE NE on the east, and 40 PL NE on the west.

Crews are expected to have power fully restored by about 2 a.m.

Seattle City Light is the ninth largest public electric utility in the United States.  It has the lowest cost customer rates of any urban utility, providing reliable, renewable and environmentally responsible power to nearly 1 million Seattle area residents.  City Light has been greenhouse gas neutral since 2005, the first electric utility in the nation to achieve that distinction.
