SEATTLE — Power has been restored in Burien . The ouage lasted about an hour and affected 4,000 customers. Crews determined a fallen tree was the cause. The bounaries were on the north, S. director street; on the south, SW 150th St.; on the east, 16th Ave S. and on the west, 25th Ave SW. Not all customers in the area are affected.
