Power back in Burien–scattered outages remain

Power has been restored to 2,800 customers in the Burien-Normandy Park neighborhoods.  Crews are working to restore the scattered outages that remain through out the service area.  The boundaries of the Burien outage were:  on the north, S 96th St.; on the south, SW  172nd St.; on the east, 24th Ave S.  and on the west, 33rd Ave SW.  Not all customers within these boundaries were affected.

Seattle City Light is the tenth largest public electric utility in the United States.  It has some of the lowest cost customer rates of any urban utility, providing reliable, renewable and environmentally responsible power to nearly 1 million Seattle area residents.  City Light has been greenhouse gas neutral since 2005, the first electric utility in the nation to achieve that distinction.
