Power outage in south end casued by traffic accident

City Light crews on site at the power outage in the Skyway-Rainier Vista area say a vehicle has struck a power pole.  The crew estimates power restored by noon.  The power outage is affecting an estimated 2, 957 customers.    The boundaries of the outage are; on the north, S Bangor St; on the south, S 170^th St.; on the west 42^nd Av S; and on the east,  76^th Ave S.  Not all customers within these boundaries will be affected.
