Shoreline Power Outage Affects 2,700 Customers

City Light is responding to a power outage in Shoreline that began about 4:30 p.m. today. The initial cause of the outage is a tree in a power line. About 2,765 customers are without power. The estimated time of power restoration is 11 p.m. this evening.

The general boundaries of the outage are 205 Street to the north, 8th Ave. NW to the west, N. 149 St. to the south, and Corliss Ave. N. to the east. Not all customers in this area may be affected.
