Power has been fully restored to all customers in the Ballard and Crown Hill neighborhoods.
An underground cable failure was determined to be the cause of the outage.
General outage boundaries: N 112th Street on the north, NW 46th Street on the south, 6th Avenue NW on the east and Seaview Avenue NW on the west.
