SEATTLE — Seattle City Light has completely restored a power outage in Tukwila that started at 9:35 p.m. last night. Originally there were approximately 3,600 customers without electricity. Power was restored to about 94 percent of the customers by 12:30 a.m. The final group of customers were restored at 1:30 a.m. The cause of the outage was caused by a failed switch.
