A failed elbow connector is believed to be the cause of a power outage affecting 56 customers in the Briarcliff/Carlton Park neighborhood.
The outage started about 11:15 a.m. Service is expected to be restored about 6 p.m.
The general boundaries of the outage are 37th Avenue W on the north, Mountain Drive W on the south, Piedmont Place W on the east and 39th Avenue W on the west.
