Starting about 9:05 p.m., 3192 customers lost power. Power was restored about an hour later. The boundaries of the outage were, on the north, NE 123rd St.; on the south, NE 74th St.; on the east, Lake Washington and on the west, 5th Ave NE . Not all customers within these boundaries are affected.
