Crews fully restore the last portion of customers at 6 p.m. today after short circuit on overhead line. Seattle City Light crews fully restored all customers to power at approximately 6 p.m. today after an short circuit in an overhead line left approximately 3,289 customers without power in a portion of the Ballard/Fremont neighborhood.
The outage was first reported at 7:55 this morning. The original boundaries were North 48th Street on the north; North 34th Street on the south; Stone Way North on the east; and 11th Avenue NW on the west.
