Seattle City Light crews restored power to all 28,000 customers affected by a power outage in South Seattle by about 3 p.m.
The outage started about 1:20 p.m. when a power line touched a relay at the utility’s South Substation at 3839 4th Ave. S. during maintenance work.
The general boundaries of the outage stretched from E Jefferson Street on the north to E Marginal Way on the south and from W Marginal Wayon the west to Lake Washington on the east.
