Crews Responding to Power Outage in Rainier Valley, Beacon Hill Area

Seattle City Light repair crews responded to a power outage affecting about 3,800 homes and businesses in theRainierValley, Tukwila area Monday afternoon.

Seattle City Light repair crews responded to a power outage affecting about 3,800 homes and businesses in the Rainier Valley and Beacon Hill area Monday afternoon.

The outage started about 3:40 p.m. The cause was not immediately known. An initial estimate for restoration of service was set for 5 p.m.

The general boundaries of the outage were S. Holly Street on the north;S. Norfolk Street on the south; Airport Way Son the west; and Lake Washington on the east.
