Power outages are affecting an estimated 4,561 customers in NE Shoreline and Lake Forest Park. Crews are responding to an early report of a transformer fire near NE 165th Street and 15th Avenue NE. Two feeder circuits, distributing power power from the Shoreline substation, were affected. A preliminary estimate of restoration time is early morning on Thursday, August 16.
