Seattle City Light crews have isolated damage from a failed underground cable that caused an outage in Shoreline about noon today, reducing the number of affected homes and businesses to about 200.
Initially, the outage affected about 2,800.
Crews are contining to work on repairs. They expect to be able to replace the damaged cable and restore power to all customers by 9:45 p.m.
