Power restored: Power outage in West Seattle

A tree branch fell into power lines near SW Hanford Street and 46th Avenue SW in West Seattle about 9:30 a.m., causing a power outage affecting 10, 900 customers.

 

The outage is fully restored as of 8 pm.

Most of West Seattle was effected from Alki SW down as far south as White Center and from the Duwamish River to Puget Sound.
