The Basics

How long have you been at City Light? I’ve been with City Light for 9 months. 

Division: Customer Engineering 

Tell us about your role. What does your job entail?  Providing administrative support to the Customer Engineering team by processing new account setups, meter management, and researching and responding to customer inquiries. 

Background

Hometown: I am a Seattle native. 

Alma Mater: Most notably, I am a proud Garfield Bulldog. I also attended the University of North Florida. 

Discipline/Trade of study:  Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting 

Tell us about your family: I am the youngest of three with an amazing and huge extended family.

What is the most rewarding part of your work at the utility?  Learning the intricacies of the utility. I’m a lifelong learner and it excites me that there is so much to learn and so many areas to explore.   

What is your favorite fall activity? If the sun is out, I love all that the PNW has to offer. On rainy days, you can find me in the kitchen baking an assortment of goodies.   

What is your favorite travel memory/experience? My recent weeklong cruise to the Caribbean. It was amazing to reconnect with family and friends in a beautiful atmosphere. The weather was amazing and being able to relax on the water with no land in sight was a treat.   

What is your idea of a perfect day? Relaxing with family and friends.   

Who do you admire the most? Drivers’ education instructors. I’m in the car with one child learning to drive and I can’t imagine teaching multiple individuals.
