Tell us about your role. What does your job entail? I am the supervisor for the Emergency Bill Assistance (EBA) team. We support customers who are struggling to pay their Seattle City Light bill. My role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the EBA team and ensure every customer is being helped. My team is responsible for processing applications for bill assistance and helping income-eligible customers access programs to lower their bills and reduce past due balances.

Tell us about your family: My partner Rose, our four-year-old son Tyson, and I moved here in mid-August. Both my parents and younger sister live in Chicago. I have one nephew.

What advice do you have for those that are new to City Light? Be patient, ask lots of questions, and don’t be scared to ask for help. 

What is one of your biggest accomplishments? Finishing grad school 

What is your idea of a perfect day? At a Cubs baseball game on a nice summer day or on the beach in Hawaii or Puerto Rico

If you could have any job for only one day what would it be? Commentator for a major boxing event 

Least favorite food? Vegetables
