Discipline/Trade of study: Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management with an emphasis in Outdoor Leadership.

Just for Fun

Which City Light value do you align most with and why? Customers First! I have been in customer service my entire working life, and I have experienced how poor customer service affects a workgroup internally and externally. I wanted to bring my customer service experience to City Light to assist in elevating the customer experience.

Who was your favorite music artist growing up? I grew up on classic rock and roll, particularly The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, and the vocal jazz group The Manhattan Transfer.

What was your first big purchase with your own money? My first splurge purchase when I joined City Light was some extremely plush Brooklinen towels, along with a towel sheet. I love them.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? The Scottish Highlands. I’ve always been drawn to Scotland and after recently visiting, I knew that I wanted to live there someday. Visiting the Highlands felt so at home to me, and I felt so connected to the natural earth.

What TV show are you currently bingeing? “His Dark Materials” on HBO Max! I grew up on the books, and it’s incredible to see an iteration of the stories that is done well. I also recently finished the first season of “The Last of Us,” which was phenomenal. I am a gamer in my free time and it is one of my all-time favorites, so having the show match the quality of the game was a joy.
