The Basics
Division: Customer Engineering
How long have you been at City Light? I started my career with Seattle City Light26 years ago as an admin specialist in Technical Metering. I later transitioned to Customer Engineering, initially working as a customer service representative, handling cashiering and setting up new construction accounts for customers. I then took on the role of engineering aide, where I processed customer construction applications and assisted both residential and commercial electric service representatives (ESR). In 2018, I advanced to the position of residential ESR, where I worked for four years before moving up to senior commercial ESR. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in Customer Engineering through various roles.
