Early morning power outage planned for small portion of Lake City Way beginning this Friday at midnight. Seattle City Light is planning an early morning power outage to reroute high voltage electrical lines along a small portion of Lake City Way. The planned outage is scheduled to begin this Friday, Aug. 20, at midnight and continue until 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21. Though not all customers will be affected, the outage area is bordered by: N.E. 140th St. on the north; N.E. 137 th St. on the south; 36th Ave. N.E. on the east; and 32nd Ave. N.E. on the west.
