SEATTLE — Seattle City Light is making progress restoring power to several outages scattered throughout the service area. An estimated 4,200 customers remain without power, down from 12,000. The largest areas involved include Magnolia, Queen Anne and part s of Lake Union.
Another 600 customers in the area including parts of Tukwila, Rainier View and Rainier Beach neighborhoods are also without power. Crews are making repairs
