One Block of Washington Street Closed in Pioneer Square

Seattle City Light construction crews had to close a block of Washington Street between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue Extension in the Pioneer Square neighborhood today when part of a trech for a new duct bank collapsed.

Seattle City Light construction crews had to close a block of Washington Street between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue Extension in the Pioneer Square neighborhood today when part of a trech for a new duct bank collapsed.

Crews started repairs immediately and expect to reopen the road by Wednesday.
