As a platinum sponsor, City Light’s customers can purchase discounted tickets and save $300 by registering with the code “SCL12” at the event website.

The expo is the largest energy conference and technology expo held on the West Coast specifically for commercial, industrial, institutional and government energy users. Presented by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), the expo brings together the top experts in all areas of the field to help participants set a clear, optimum path to energy efficiency, facility optimization and sustainability, as well as innovative solutions to improve the return on investment.

Participants will hear energy management success stories and how to build their own directly from the people who cut energy costs for their companies and data centers, some by more than $100,000 a year.

Among the long-term strategies and immediate tactics to be discussed are energy management tools, benchmarking, metering, energy trends, making the most of building system controls, and incentive programs that can cut the cost of energy efficiency investments. These tools are helpful for buildings of all sizes.

The line-up of speakers includes industry leaders such as Rebecca Zimmer, Director, Global Energy & Resource Management for Starbucks Coffee Co. with a presentation entitled “Starbucks Environmental Performance & Energy Conservation” and Bill Drummond, Deputy Administrator at Bonneville Power Administration.
