Tell us about your role. What does your job entail? I’m an assistant electrical engineer on the Grid Modernization team. My job is to help develop and implement City Light’s Grid Modernization Roadmap. I work with the team to find the best methods to enhance equity, efficiency, reliability, and resiliency.

Tell us about your family: I live with my partner, Max, and our rescue dog, Sugar.
Just for Fun
When you were younger, what was your dream job? Either a lawyer or an engineer at a public utility (I did it!).
What’s the best piece of advice you have received? “Hear all feedback but choose what you decide to listen to.”
What’s your favorite book and why? “Crying in H Mart” by Michelle Zauner. It chronicles a story of one woman trying to find herself and her own identity apart from the community she was raised in.
Where is your favorite place that you have traveled? Canyonlands National Park
What do you like most about your role? I like the forward-thinking nature of the group and feeling like I am doing something beneficial for the future of the community.
