How long have you been at City Light? Eight years 

Division: Transmission & Distribution Operations 

Tell us about your role. What does your job entail? I am a substations crew chief. I am responsible for the maintenance and construction at Broad, Canal, Denny and Union substations.

Area of study: Inside wireman  

Tell us about your family: My family consists of my wife, Kelli; my son Carter (age 15); and my daughter Bella (age 13). 

Just For Fun

When you were younger, what was your dream job? To be a semi-truck driver. 

What do you like most about your role? The crew. I love getting wins together and building on experiences. 

What is your favorite local activity? Anything outdoors. We spend time at state parks in our area, such as Mt. Baker Ski Area in the winter and Lake Chelan in the summer.  

If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be and why? Lol. Maybe Usher or Justin Bieber. Imagine hitting the club, dancing a little bit, then singing a couple songs. Everyone would love it.  

What is your idea of a perfect day? A day in Hawaii. A swimming-and-relaxing type of day.
