How long have you been at City Light?  Five months 

Division: Utility Operations – Service-to-Bill 

Tell us about your role. What does your job entail?  As an operations analyst, I am always looking to improve the work environment for my colleagues and the Service-to-Bill team gives me a chance to work across a large process rather than one facet of the business. When roadblocks occur or issues build, I enjoy tackling the associated challenges so that my coworkers can work more effortlessly. There are always new innovations, and I love learning and bringing those ideas back.

Alma Mater: Fresno State, ISS Netherlands, Western Governor’s University 

Area of study: economics, international development, and software development. 

Tell us about your family: My mother was the first female electrician in the state of Alaska! My father’s side are mostly commercial fishermen and fisherwomen in Southeast Alaska.

Which City Light value do you align most with and why? Operational and Financial Excellence. Innovation is at the heart of my work and there are so many opportunities these days. 

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Start a plan to gift it away! 

What is your favorite summer activity? Playing disc golf or exploring outside Seattle. 

Where is your favorite place that you have traveled? Koh Muk, Thailand.
