Did you know you can do more at myutilities.seattle.gov than just view and pay your City Light bill? Ever since we launched the Utility Services Website, we’ve been continually improving the utility services available to give you the best customer experience possible.
Now, we’re proud to share our newest feature, which launched in November. This tool allows you to view your energy usage in greater detail than ever before. This is possible because advanced meters collect and record energy-use data in short time intervals.
Through our new detailed view, you can securely access and view your data in 15-minute increments, letting you monitor how you use your energy at the level of detail you want. You can even download and export your data, allowing you or others to conduct in-depth analysis to inform better decisions about your usage.
By giving you access to this data, we hope that you’ll be able to better understand how energy is used in your home, giving you more control over your energy consumption.
