If you own or operate a commercial building or industrial plant, consider these two innovative energy efficiency programs to help reduce your operational costs in the new year.
- Energy Project Manager helps pay the costs associated with coordinating multiple energy efficiency projects at a facility or across a portfolio.
- Project Development Incentive offers a boost to projects that complete before the end of 2023 (for a $0.05/kWh rate) or June 2024 (for a $0.025/kWh rate).
In addition to these programs, we continue to offer commercial rebates and retrofit incentives on lighting, lighting controls, insulation, advanced rooftop controls, and package terminal heat pumps. We increased these by up to 60%, and they’re still available for you to take advantage of.
