Just for Fun

What has been your favorite project you’ve worked on/have been working on at City Light? Why? I was part of the crew that worked to control the spread of the Sourdough Fire that burned in the North Cascades near the Skagit Hydroelectric Project in summer 2023. We worked to protect the forest and transmission lines that run from Diablo Dam to Seattle. I got to combine my love of nature with the satisfaction of a job well done. It was rewarding.

What’s your favorite season, and why? Winter. I love the snow, mountain skiing, mountaineering, ice climbing, and ski mountaineering.
