I also collaborate with work units across City Light to help identify and address training needs, from initial analysis through implementation and evaluation.
Background
Hometown: Brooklyn, N.Y.
Alma mater: New York University (Bachelor of Science) and University of Washington (Master of Education)
Discipline/Trade of study: Education and adult learning

Just for fun
What do you like most about your role? My favorite part of my role is working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to break down complex information into comprehensible and actionable learning. Collaborating with SMEs to parse out what a non-expert needs to know, and how it can most effectively be learned, is something I love to nerd out about. I’m able to pull on my teaching background in a way that can be fun and impactful.
