As a supervisor in Customer Engineering, I contribute by driving training, project management, business process improvement, data analysis, and quality control.
Background
Hometown: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Discipline/Trade of study: Bachelor of Science in business management. and Master of Science in management and leadership.
Tell us about your family/pets: My husband James and I got married in 2022. We have two children: Brooke (18) and Gavyn (17), and two dogs: Whittaker (6.5), a pit bull-lab mix, and Cali (3), a golden retriever. Brooke is an amazing artist, and Gavyn is on the swim team and will be graduating high school this year, all while completing college courses toward a computer science degree. You can often find us outdoors (our backyard is at the base of Mount Pilchuck – Fun fact: James and I actually met on a hike), traveling (Switzerland next summer), volunteering in our community, and enjoying family game nights.
Just for fun
What’s your favorite season, and why? Summer/fall – I love 10:30 p.m. sunsets and long days to get outside to go hiking, work in my garden, or ride my motorcycle.
What motivates you at work? Our amazing team in Customer Engineering! Having been in the industry for almost 20 years at several local utilities, the passion our team has for serving our customers in a constantly changing and sometimes unpredictable environment is undeniable. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and this team of almost 80 people shows up consistently for our customers (both internal and external) in a way that truly emphasizes City Light’s commitment to put people first and serve with care. I couldn’t be more proud to support such a dedicated group.
