Power Restored for Northgate Mall, Most Customers in NE Seattle

Repair crews have restored service to Northgate Mall and most of the other 3,000 homes and businesses that lost power about noon when a tree fell into power lines near 8th Avenue NE and N 124th Street.

Repair crews have restored service to Northgate Mall and most of the other 3,000 homes and businesses that lost power about noon when a tree fell into power lines near 8th Avenue NE and N 124th Street.

About 45 customers remain without power. An estimate for full restoration was not yet available.

The general boundaries of the original outage were NE 126th Street on the north, N 100th Street on the south, Fremont Ave N on the west and 14th Ave NE on the east.
