SEATTLE — Power has been restored to customers affected by an early evening outage in Burien and Arbor Lake in King County. The original outage involved 4,003 customers.
The outage started at 4:30 p.m. and appears to have been caused by a failed insulator.
The rough boundaries of the outage were:
North: South Director Street
South: Southwest 150th Street
East: 12th Avenue South
West: 25th Avenue Southwest
