The outage started about 7:00 a.m. It was affecting the Fun Forest area at Seattle Center and the Monorail. The Monorail, which also is connected to power at Westlake Center, is running, but at half speed. Seattle City Light immediately dispatched a crew to investigate. The crew determined that City Light’s distribution lines were delivering power and the problem was associated with equipment at Seattle Center.
