Crews Responding to Power Outage in NE Seattle

Seattle City Light crews were responding to a power outage affecting about 3,800 homes and businesses in the Ravenna, Roosevelt, View Ridge and Wedgwood neighborhoods Tuesday afternoon.

Seattle City Light crews were responding to a power outage affecting about 3,800 homes and businesses in the Ravenna, Roosevelt, View Ridge and Wedgwood neighborhoods Tuesday afternoon.

The cause of the outage was not immediately known. An initial estimate for restoration of service was set for 3 p.m.

The general boundaries of the outage were 75th Street on the north, 38th Street on the south, 8th Ave NE on the west and Lake Washington on the east. Not all customers within those boundaries were affected.
