Seattle City Light would like to thank the participants of our energy efficiency incentive programs. Thanks to your support, City Light’s incentive programs saved enough energy in 2021 to power 11,600 homes for a year.
The new year brings updated incentive rates, new measures to take advantage of, and new ways to participate in our programs. This includes the retirement of some measures now required by energy codes or equipment standards. An overview of the 2022 incentive changes across all of City Light’s commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs is included below. These incentive rates will apply to all new projects received after January 1, 2022. Projects submitted before January 1, 2022, will continue to receive 2021 incentive rates.
