Seattle City Light’s Powerful Neighborhoods program to install free compact fluorescent light bulbs is moving to the City of Shoreline, starting June 20.
Repair crews restored power about 4:30 p.m. today to the last customers affected by an outage in Shorline that started about 9:40 a.m. when A tree that fell into power lines near Dayton Place N. and Dayton Avenue N.
