Two power outages have left more than 4,000 customers in the dark this morning. An equipment failure in Shoreline has affected approximately 1,740 customers in Lake Forest Park, Olympic Hills and Shoreline. Restoration is expected around 5 a.m.

Seattle City Light crews have isolated damage from a failed underground cable that caused an outage in Shoreline about noon today, reducing the number of affected homes and businesses to about 200.
